Wasn't part of the problem with the old version was that new people couldn't join?

I was just about to post a thread about how dead this place was before I saw this thread being like the 3rd one down on the Off Topic forum.

The upgrade of vBulletin killed this site. Too clunky, too unreliable, not enjoyable to use. I only come here to see what folks post for PC gaming deals/freebies. The fun is gone. This site is just about dead.

Maybe we can move Rage to Reddit? I really hate to say this but it seems much easier to chat with people on multiple subjects there. The forums have been great before, but the revamped interface doesn't seem as user friendly?
