I doubt Sony will do anything but collect money from sales, but tencent can piss right off.
Tencent literally has less history of interfering then sony does. by a lot.
Tencent makes tons of money by copying other’s games, but then sues anyone who copies them.

I wasnt talking about tencent being a **** company. Just about them interfering in the game devs they buy. I also wasnt saying they dont do it, just that sony is more egregious.

Their rootkit issue made me dislike them. And now they complain about MS buying AB and COD might not be on PS one day.. yet they do the EXACT same.
Gotcha - not saying you’re wrong btw, you’re not. I think it just comes down to who dislikes what company the most. I just wish so much weren’t tied to who spent how much money buying out who these days. I keep thinking it isn’t going to end well for us, the gamers.

I have a PS5 simply because I can enjoy exclusives that Sony either keep platform-only, or pay devs to make platform-only. But, hell, Call of Duty amirite?
Bunch of hypocrites. As long as devs make the games they can and want to, investment is a good thing.

Believe it or not I am STILL playing and trying to finish this game. It’s been a bit of a slog fest. But, i have not given up. Usually when I spend this long with From Software games I get bored of the repetition. It get tiring to spend 25 deaths trying to memorize the move set of a boss until you get lucky on one attempt when the boss doesn’t spam their deadliest attacks and you beat them. As the game goes on the number of deaths get higher but the process is the same (yawn). I am nearing the end and the bosses are getting to the annoying point. But the one thing that keeps me going is Spirit Ashes and the Shabriri's Woe Talisman. For those who haven’t used this talisman, it makes the boss concentrate their attacks on the wearer. Earlier in the game I was having a heck of a time with the Black Blade Kindred gargoyle. One mistake with him and he punishes your puny vigor like crazy. (I make mistakes!). Luckily I had the mimic ashes. Put the talisman on him, gave him a great shield, and he tanked all attacks to the end and I hit and ran damage for an easy kill. Now whenever a boss gives me trouble I can use a similar approach. But, Malenia is coming soon. For her, the mimic tank is probably a really bad idea as she will just use him as a health replenishing meat sack. So, I had a different idea. This time I wear the talisman and summon either Black Knight Tiche or the strongest ranged summon I got. With me wearing the talisman she will stay away from the free health gains she gets attacking the summons. If I can stay alive long enough we both can pick off enough health to get her. I am sure I can pound through the encounter the traditional way. But, I am really getting bored of that. Anyone else try this kind of shenanigans?

good luck. i actually dont think she is that bad, but its definitely a challenge. hope the tactic works, but i played through her a second time in co-op and it actually wasnt any easier. However i wasnt wearing the talisman (other person was ranged)
Without the talisman, the AI targets anything that causes damage. Feels like being ranged is probably super hard in this fight. You probably got the wrong partner. You needed this guy instead.

I actually just quit ER for another game. My latest run I took her out first try, pretty easily. Time to move on
Thinking about getting this POS? It is about 35 bucks for the first time on cdkeys. Seems a lot of people enjoyed it and it got GOTY basically everywhere.
Only question I have is if enemies scale with your level or can I roam about and be OP before going for the big boss. I hate enemy scaling.

Bough it on a whim. Down pumping and most likely will discard after first 2 hours.
It’s literally a Souls game in a massive world. Do yourself a favor and look up NizarGG on youtube for his get OP early videos. His builds are pretty much the best and it will save you a lot of grief.
