Kingdom Come : Deliverance, a non fantasy medieval RPG teased.

You can distract them then flee on horseback; that's what I was referring to... she gets away and locks the door.

Yeah, but then this would just be another "yay! I saved the girl!" moment like in countless other games.

I actually found her rape story much more compelling, how she describes what she went through and what she had to do to escape.

I found that to be far more impactful than "thanks for saving me!"

You like your bitches raped. We get it. I think. :hmm:

Just picked this up in a sale, not bad, gfx look nice and the mechanics are good so far. Got to castle and being some lords bitch hunting maybe, just slept and woke, quit and saved...

Any simple tips to heed ?

Some side quests will disappear at different times during the main story, but you can do them all after the story completion, so dont go around doing all the side quests and forget the main story. Otherwise you end up super op and the main quests become a joke.

That said, DO go over to the training fight arena thing at the north end of rowwhateveritscalled, the main city at the start, and practice fighting with different weapons and stuff, it will make a world of difference when you do fight in missions.

Cheers. Bow action is hard, getting better but 10 arrows to take a rabbit down (to hit) shows I need that training.

Thats more on you. I found that bow skill improvements helped for sure, but i myself had to learn how to use the bow, rather than the character.

Sure, I found that once I switched to a less powerful boy (as didnt have the skills) then it made it easier and you are right its a learning process for me and understanding the aiming / drop / etc. so its evolving.

Enroll in tournaments, even if you know you're not strong enough to win. It gives you valuable experience with all melee weapon types, better than stick training with whats his face.

Also grind through alchemy. It's very tedious at first to manually make potions, but the perks are valuable. Eventually you can learn to autobrew 3 potions at once. Extremely useful for combat/saving.

I think you missed something in the training. Once you hit him a couple times, he then trains you in all weapons.

ya and your allowed one mistake to brew potions so its quicker than doing the full recipe. Goes hand in hand with herbalism as well, that tree has a few useful perks

He does, but you're limited in stick training which doesn't advance you as much. By stick I mean wooden weapons. And if you choose real weapons to train with him, he's too good at first so you'll be left near death after he minces you up.

With the tournament, your health is restored after each match. And even if you lose, your health is restored in the end.

Ideally you should do both but i found I didn't get much out of stick training with what's his face after a certain while (and he was still too good to defeat with normal weapons), and my weapon training leveled up alot quicker with tournaments even though its once a week.

It's definitely a great set of perks. Brewing potions also feel alot more rewarding than just buying them outright, which gets really expensive if you're not looting every house in a town.

Game is beautiful as well, finally able to run the ultra preset at 3440x1440. Was just running around the skallitz a bit and didnt seem to drop below 50fps. My boost clock seem to stabilize around 1905

To each his own i guess. I jumped straight into real weapons, and it felt like fast advancement to me. Felt like maybe half an hour, maybe a bit longer before i felt i didn't need any more training, and never had an issue in a fight since.

Also, i don't even know what tournament you are talking about, as the only competitions i found were archery ones.

Sword fighting is tough ! So, last main character battles i've achieved by using the bow and arrows with better peircing or long distance arrows, 1 or 2 hits and they are at my mercy, thank fudge for that as I was getting frustrated with the swordplay.
