Is it me or has AMD sucked at releasing drivers since ATI became part of AMD? I haven't tried these 14.7s yet. Everything else released since December 2013 has sucked. All of them have caused BSODs. I can't even play Wolfenstein. I'm running a single 7970. This crappy driver stuff is about to make me go over to the dark side. I've been using ATI products since late 1999/early 2000 and never had this many problems. Sometimes I wonder how AMD still exists.
I'm running the 13.12 drivers right now. When I use newer drivers, one or more of the monitors fail to come out of stand-by all together or they just flash. I always get the same error when the BSOD comes up.
What speed are you running that Mushkin at?
So you have 1600 memory you run at 1333? Definitely not overclocked...If CPU-z is reporting correctly, 1333 9-9-9-24. Nothing is overclocked.
Win+P eyefinity/extended switching is completely broken in win 8.1
starting to look a whole lot like nvidia surround... come on AMD.
With me getting my oculus glasses in a few weeks at most, I can finally ditch the side monitors when it comes to gaming at least, so with four 290's in quad crossfire and just using a single monitor, it's way more than enough for the long haul.
The glasses will do one thing that no extra monitors can, which is head tracking so I can look in any direction, and without ever moving the mouse at all, and still be in the game environment....With 3 monitors you're still forced to look at them and use the mouse to change viewpoints.
Avoid the last flash update if you can guys, it's highly unstable.
Or just turn off hardware acceleration (EDIT: in flash, of course, not the browser).
you seem to be overestimating oculus support a tad.
