New AMD certification suggests the “Nvidia Killer” Big Navi GPU release date is close
PCGamesN has noted that AMD's Korean RRA listings typically come roughly a month before a new GPU reveal. AMD's RX 5500 XT (D18902) was listed less than a month before the graphics card's release on December 12th, while the Radeon RX 5600 XT was registered on December 3rd 2019 and released on January 3rd 2020.
This suggests that AMD's new D30201 graphics card will be released sometime within the next two months, with a potential reveal coming during AMD's Financial Analyst day in early March.
If not more then a 2080 Ti it will be a letdown, everything out there now states it is. More then a 3080 is doubtful.

This looks like arcturus pro card only and not navi but the speculated specs are monstrous:

AMD's Radeon RX 5950 XT might arrive sooner than expected
In the past, AMD’s Radeon RX 5700, RX 5700 XT, RX 5500 XT and RX 5600 XT were each released a month after passing their own certifications. This means that we could see a fresh batch of AMD Radeon graphics cards before the end of March, the Radeon RX 5950 XT front and center.
Rumour | Big Navi GPUs to feature at least 24 GB of HBM2e VRAM, 5,120 shading units and a 2,048 GB/s memory bandwidth
24gb seems a little much and costly
