Windows 10 1703 15063 Creators update

this most recent update (1703?) is dogshit. introduced a weird delay to alt tabbing and menu popups.

Battlefield one has been doing nothing but stuttering since this update. Every other game I play runs just fine.

You play other games too?

I am still in Windows 7 and will stay there forever unless Windows 10 gets replaced by something else.
