Some minutes ago I received this automatic update:

April 5 is the download date. I'm not sure if I should be excited. How long does it take this update to install?
 
From what little I've read about this update. The main features seem to be game streaming, the new 3d paint, and game mode.
 
Just for you guys that play with your OS they removed the control panel option when you right click on the start button. A big "FU" for us administraters.

Hmm, I was not aware it was downloading, I just noticed when rebooting, it took around 5-10 minutes

I have the Control panel pinned to the start menu :)

Why did they do that? That's so ****in stupid. If they shave the code to improve something I can understand. Win+x doesn't work anymore? I use it to shutdown my PC and the other common task on it. I have click thru a bunch crap to get what I want now?!:mad:
 
Just got an update and seems like MS is bringing back something like aero. But so far only ATM for UWP..

In iso form for inplace upgrade probably.

General Windows Update availability is supposed to start rolling out April 11th. Probably gonna be staggered again so might as well get the iso when it comes out.

Media builder tool? Are you going to test drive it?:bleh2:
Is it available for download now? I just tried the Assist tool and it didn't download anything.

Yes that thing and yes I'm gonna get it and do an inplace upgrade as soon as it is available.

Yes as an admin I let them know I was not pleased about that change. I don't see what code they could clean up by removing that one option. Having to find it and pin it in every profile now would be stupid and one more needless extra step.
