What's the last thing you Crafted?

Nice. Always good to knock off longstanding projects! (If we go on permanent lockdown, might be time to finish mudding my basement guestroom drywall.)

Chairs will go there, or planning on sitting on the wall?

A little of both. The back wall is high enough that it is a comfortable sitting position.

Finally finished the fire pit I started in fall of 2018. I'm too old to be hauling around all that rock.

I like it. Looks really nice! :)

That's an insane number of screwdrivers. Do you actually need that many?? :)

It's more than I've used, certainly, but there are some that are pretty specific - that front rack worth is pentalobe and torx drivers, all of which you can't really use one of the wrong size for, unlike philips or flat head. And in my defense, I had a much more reasonable number, then a company decided to sell off their stock for like 10% of normal price, so I dropped a couple hundred bucks on screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, ratchet sets, etc. :bleh:

Sweet! Materials must have cost a bit, but nice work

Oh fack, I didn't build it, but it's definitely part of why we bought this house. It is brand friggin new. You can smell the wood as if sawed yesterday and it isn't on thegoogle maps yet.

Does this count?

Been working on designing some hand tool holders as I had a bunch and then there was a sale and I picked up a whole bunch more Wiha screwdrivers and such... After a few revisions and orientations, this modular system has been working pretty well. I've got one more design printing now to get some larger T handle socket wrenches in stands, then I will probably share the models. Each layer is its own part with press fit tabs, then there's a front and a back, so you can stack them up in whatever configuration to hold the set of tools you have, though of course, they won't work for all brands or all shaft lengths etc.

Those are some sexy tools I spy.

Built a cheap trailer to haul my bike around to various race tracks back in July. That's the last time I really crafted anything. Made a set of 8ft ramps, and coated everything in several thick coats of bedliner for grip. Did a handful of things to make it quick to load and unload. Hauled it back and forth to the dragstrip a few times over the summer to test it out over a short distance (over an hour away). I'll be using the trailer to haul it to tracks that are a bit further away when things go back to normal (both road race tracks and dragstrips).

Last thing I made was in the fall of 2019. Still pretty proud of it. It lets our tenant in the walk-out basement apartment go from her door to her car without trudging through the mud or snow.

Next project - a chicken coop + covered run.

Yeah, that's awesome, Munkus!

You make it sound like the fall of 2019 was years ago. (It's beginning to feel that way, though, eh?)
