Forget eBay and their $35 used Dreamcast. You can get Dreamcast for 14.99 at any Gamestop or EbGames.

Just go to their websites, and type in the nearest location. You might have to drive alittle over 40miles or more to get one.
 
When I went into Best Buy to pick up Gears Of War they had both that game and Call Of Duty 3 for sale for $99cdn if you bought them together...seeing as both games regularly sell for $69cdn each I thought it was a good deal

YO YO YO YO!!!! Buy the one at circuit city for the cheaper price. (Don't open it ofcourse) Then, return the unopened one at Target with the receipt you bought from Target. Chaching You price matched your own product.
