Radeon 16.6.1 Hotfix

The Mantle issues will be fixed in a future driver. Issues with Mantle can be reported until Mantle has stopped being supported.
 
Hey spyre, have you any knowledge if a crossfire profile for Homefront: The revolution is planned. The game really needs it, it's very demanding but one of the most gorgeous games released this year.
 
I think the game needs to be updated first before that can be looked at. It was supposed to be included in the 1.5 game patch but wasn't. You can enable Crossfire but lots of things go invisible or flicker like crazy.
 
Is there anyway to restore the mouse cursor after a "display driver stopped responding and recovered..." incident...without having to restart the PC?

Sometimes it recovers if the incident only happens once. But, if I get this "incident" one right after the other, the cursor icon freezes on the screen but the mouse isn't focused on it. So, I can move the mouse all over the place and can detect it's location...but the cursor is just stuck in one place until I reboot.

What The Mac said or you can try switching users if you have more than one profile on the machine.

Yeah, I don't understand why apu users haven't been supported for quite a few driver releases now. There must be some kind of catastrophic bug that they haven't fixed yet? Not supporting Carrizo for over 6 months now is inexcusable, we should atleast have an explanation why this is the case. My Kaveri stopped being supported after the 16.5.1 driver I have installed, but they still recommend using 16.3.2. Not having the Doom 2016 performance fix from 16.5.2.1 really hurts...

Restricted to the Insider builds...I am now on 14372...what's happened is that apparently Microsoft has left off the SHA-256 certificate signatures in these newer builds. 16.5.3 runs fine with its SHA-128 certificates.

AMD says it will be corrected in next driver and/or Microsoft build. So far Microsoft hasn't corrected it. Hoping AMD will workaround it somehow--they're aware of the problem and Ray says they are working with Microsoft to get it squared away. That's life in the beta-OS camp, though--so I can't complain...;)
