GREAT SCOTT!!!!

it's like the Scirocco, the new one isn't a bad car per se, but it has almost no resemblance to the original vehicle. Just the typical marketing bait.

I can't wait to see the body kits to bring it more inline with what we where all hoping for.

And to be fair, the original Delorean isn't really a pretty car. It's kinda ugly, so I get it. Buuuut this car is so far off, that I'm pretty sure I wouldn't make the connection unless I saw the name on the front.

I see the elements that connect them. The Rear window, the tail lights, the iconic doors, the wheels, the rear quarter window etc etc. But those are very minor call backs and I wanted to see more. Maybe when they make a 2 seater, they can bring more of that iconic look back.

Yes but, when it came out in 1981 it was something else. No internet so no one got to see exotic cars. But, Deloreans could be occasionally seen on showroom floors. Even in small towns like mine. They would haul them in tractor and trailers from town to town. And some people bought them like that.

The Buick Wildcat looks promising to me..

Unfortunately i dont think i have ever seen a modern Buick concept make it to production in any way.....

and i will admit they had some good looking concepts in recent years.......
Especially since some of them could have used some 'productionized' tweaks to turn them into a production model....but GM gotta GM.
