In our 5th year doing this it is amazing how many members are participating throughout. I hope it has helped you as it helped me keeping my backlogs in check while enjoying my games.

As many have seen, I have completed a lot of games last year and still managed to do my hobbies, take care of family, career and the occasional travel (not counting 2020).

Not every month someone will be finishing a lot, as there are months where a person just can't finish anything. Then you got that streak going in another month.

Also, if you plan to replay the game, it is fine but don't repeat it at a later month as first completion is what counts.

Another thing is the criteria of what is considered completed in unclear games such as team based multiplayer games; I would say set a target for that. E.g. I considered Overwatch completed when I reached level 100. Or when I finished story mode (which was a long movie sequence) in Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator. You decide what you consider is completed as long as it is reasonable to a certain extend and correlate-able to a single player experience.

DLC completed at a separate time from the main game and has enough content (+1 hour) can be counted as a separate completion.

Console completions can be accepted as long as the main focus is still PC overall.

Completed Games:
686-Horizon Chase Turbo

Was quite a busy month with IRL stuff. Plus Lost Ark dropped a huge patch and sucked me in. Though I did progress some Elden Ring and finally finished Horizon Chase Turbo with my 3 kids in 4 player coop. Was fun doing the world tour campaign. It gets hard at some places but the old man still has some skill from racing in games all these years ;)

Two for me:

* Blade & Sorcery: Nomad on Quest 2
* Dorfromantik

The latter is very relaxing, until you really go for the challenges.

Currently working on some big, big games. Let's see how far I get with those!

1.

Battlefield 3 campaign. When I started it months ago the thought of fighting Russian and Chinese militaries seemed like an impossibility. Hits a bit close to home these days.

Hoa - Pretty but insubstantial platformer.
Tenderfoot Tactics - Enjoyable open world strategy.
Before Your Eyes - Narrative staring contest.
Later Alligator - Short, cute P+C.
Growbot - Ditto.
Return Of The Obra Dinn - Interesting, period CSI. Became a bit of a chore toward the end but glad I played it.
Lucifer Within Us - Good idea but under developed.

Seven in total.

1 - Early access PinballFX, 30 hours on it so I count it finished but will be playing it for years I’m sure.

3 games for me:

- Amid Evil
- Scarf
- Murder House

Amid Evil was a fantastic old school style first person shooter, and the Raytracing usage in that game was phenomenal.

Scarf was a great adventure game with lots of puzzles.

Murder House, good little horror game.

Two.

Left 4 Dead 2 - Achieved "Still Got Something To Prove" (Survived All Campaigns On Expert) and uninstalled.

Back 4 Blood - Beat all campaigns on Nightmare.

I've been playing through my backlog of co-op games with friends recently, so I think this year will be a good year for me. :D

2 more for the list:
1. Solasta: Crown of the Magister
2. Halo 3
