finally back to the top 100

I'm coming for you, luxor.

Giving my PC a break, now that I've taken this screenshot. I will gracefully, intentionally fall behind. Daytime temps are near 70F. Basement has been really warm this week. I'll give it another go next month.

:chuks:

Seriously, I hope that you do pass me while I'm producing at my max. It will be good for the team and good for the science!

Quick question...

Do I need a core for each folding GPU?

I switched to a different CPU and it is a 4 core. The last CPU had 4 cores as well and I could fold with all 6 GPU. Not I can't Wasn't sure if that was a thing or not. Thanks!

Your GPUs will list individually and crunch on their own cores simultaneously.

Cool thank you! So there is another issue. But I have been attacked and told I need a core on each GPU! I used a 4 core and was folding on 6 GPU a bit ago, when I upgraded I can't get all 6 to run.

Hey Hey Everyone!

BuzzPuppy here from OCAU (OverClockers Australia, Team 24). I noticed when I was looking through my history that I'd only ever submitted 210 points and 2 work units way back in 2004.

Remember those days of folding CPU only? That was back in the day of Pentium 4 2.4GHz Northwood cores.

I figured that I'd put two of my GPUs into Team 64 / Rage3D for an entire week to see what I could pump out. Getting close to 8-10 million PPD non-stop.

Fold on, for everyone and for all our futures. Cheers!! :D

Thank you for your generous contribution, BuzzPuppy. Welcome to Rage3D!

Dust sure does collect on the front when you fold 24/7 for a few weeks. Wow. Have to start reminding myself to vacuum the mesh once in awhile. Fold on gents.

It sure does. Not only do our computers act has space heaters, but also as air purifiers! :)

It's true. I'm pretty sure my Vega 64 running at 105 - 110C through 3/4 of 2020 helped kill all the COVID trying to get me.

Not a good day today. I was messing around with stuff last night and some reinstalls. Noticed I have been folding ANON for awhile! Ugh.
