Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Why isn't the anniversary edition a separate title?

They are basically going to ruin the Skyrim SE for a while just because they can.

Have you not realised the whole thing is a joke by now? there are like 300 different editions of skyrim now, they are just milking it again and again. Even this edition coming out is them profiting off of other peoples work.\ and not actually doing anything themselves.

Joke or not, the update is going to break mod compatibility for Skyrim SE, skyrim se at least left oldrim alone.

You mean you're not excited by the prospect that a Skyrim Special Edition Anniversary release will be upon us in the not so distant future? Shame on youl

:bleh:

Ha it probably is but TBH I never played it.. Oblivion was my first ES, and I liked it far more than Skyrim. I guess everyone feels the same after their first ES..

Daggerfall was pretty dope, but it would require a remake, not just a remaster. No one would buy it these days as it is.

It always depends on what a remake entails. For classic games, I think mostly what is needed is quality of life improvements. Usually menus and things like inventory management are a disaster. But I don't like to see classic games get remade and lose what made them a classic.

Roll a conjurer/illusion squishy non armoured mage with minor skills in archery. I did this and it was pure fun.

Maybe I'll give it another go once the snow hits.

On the plus side, it looks like Bethesda is working with the SKSE team to patch things quickly.
