Really PITIFUL. You TNT loyals have to hang around ATI forums. Get a life. Hmmmm, do you have a TNT forum?

Somebody please start a TNT forum so these losers can post on their own forum.

I returned a TNT2 (too many bugs). As for the TNT Ultra I have no nead for it because I'm having no problems out of my Fury. Why should I change a good thing. STB out of buiness, etc, etc.
 
I HAVE JUST DUMPED MY VOODOO3 FOR THE FURY AND THE DIFFENCES IN VISUAL QUALITY WAS WORTH THE REDUCE MAX FPS. I STILL GET 39 FPS IN QUAKE2 AT 1024X768. THE CARD IS ALOT BETTER THEN ANYTHING 3DFX HAS ON THE MARKET RIGHT NOW.
 
how about we change the subject, hmmm i just got a SEGA DREAMCAST. Now i must say its kicks major booty. does anyone have a comment
 
i'd say the dreamcast and the tnt2 was a waste........first the dreamcast isnt excactly true 128 bit, but since it came out before the psx-2 it migh have a chance w/everyone owning one.psx-2 is way better from what i seen and heard, the problem is that it comes out 1 year later.as for te tnt2.......i just think its not worth it.i think the visual is about the same w/a rage 128, and the speed isnt all that important if you get 25-30 fps,we watch tv in 30 fps ya'know.the problem w/AI is the sucky drivers.they need some ppl who can actually make some respectable drivers,3dfx promised a 30 fps increase w/some of their cards for optimized amd k6-2 drivers.

SORRY TO SAY IT BUT HAHA IDIOT IT IS BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR AND THE G400 AS FAR AS I KNOW IS OUT. BIG DEAL I LIKE ATI'S STRATEGY.. THEY MAKE SOMETHING LIKE A RAGE 128 WHICH IS STILL A DECENT CARD EVEN WITH THE NEWER CARDS ANFD YET IT WAS MADE TO COMPETE WITH THE ORIGINAL TNT. I MEAN EXCUSE ME IF ALL OF US DONT WANT TO LEAP FOR THE TNT2 WITH ALL ITS HYPE... IM VERY INTRESTED TO SEE WHATS GONNA HAPPEN WHEN I GET MY ATHLON 600MHZ AND IT WOOPS ASS.. hey think about it an 500mhz athlon could be bought for the same price.. hahaha and i know the framreate would be higher than your getting now...

I Just Dumped mine for a Matrox G400 MAX.
I'm getting an extra 1000 pts. in 3dmark max.
I loved my fury but the sub par drivers drove me nuts! matrox just released thier Turbo drivers and they rock!
max has 360mhx ramdac, 150/200 core/memory from the factory, and mine is running 175/225! no problems! and image quality as good as my fury (which i did keep and is in my secordary system!
