Buddy Christ/Apartment Cam!

Still dark there at 8 AM, too. :) Damn, should have looked last night when I had the chance... for the record, yeah the server was down on HERE, but I had the link saved for just the cam in my favorites, so I was actually able to view the cam, anyway. I wouldn't have been able to post, though, if I'd found him. And my cats were needing me, so I figured I'd look later. Oh, well.
 
Well, it looks like the sun's up there...with a breathtaking view of a pine forest out yonder window...

Alas, the room is yet too dark to make out the awe-inspiring silouhette of Buddy Christ...

Maybe I'll try squinting a little...

Now, if I were Buddy Christ, where would I hide?

Hmmm...still seems to be too dark...hopefully this isn't the way we're intended to find him, because I don't see him...
 
This is a really neat idea. Definatly the most interactive of the cams so far. This is my first time looking so I don't even know what this thing looks like! lol
 
Today's is probably the hardest yet. Good :D. I can see him pretty well, though. If you guys don't find him, I have more than a few 'purgatory' ideas...Hehe.

Buddy looks like this (yahoo), but mine is all a translucent red color.

Oh, and Mugendai already found him and IM'd me where he's at, but since he's DQ'd for the day, everyone else still has a chance :)
 
I think I see him. About 2/3s down on the right side of the screen. Infront of a trash can or something. Its a cream colored object with a dark top.
 
yeah, I see him now....I think you got him....but we need official word from Buddy Christ's keeper...

Judge, can we get a ruling here?

Where shall I move the cam to next?
 
Well, since I didn't have a given place to put the cam, it's on the back of the futon facing out the window. And...uh...Buddy should be rather easy to spot.
 
Well, the position doesn't have to be brilliant. Just look at some of the places it's been!

Heck, could put it on the wall, or watching the stove...doesn't matter to me! :D
 
Ok, I've been trying to post all day but the thing has been either down or busy. Did you move it or not? Because, it still looks like it is on the futon looking out the window, BUT earlier it was in a different position out the window. Earlier Buddy's head was in the bottom right hand corner of the cam's view. Now you can see his reflection in the bottom left corner. So... let me know if I was supposed to post that or what's going on. The down time thing with this site kind of makes it confusing. :)
 
Yup, you're right on both counts. I couldn't post all day, couldn't even see if anyone had posted. So, I just moved the cam across the futon, and left buddy taped to the window in the same place :P

Anyways, congrats, where shall I place him tomorrow?
 
Now the real trick here is getting Buddy Christ to steam. ;) But that might kill the whole, find him deal you got going.... I squinted real hard... but.... could he perhaps be laying on the ground next to the door stop? Just a guess, seems a different color than the rest of the trim around it, lower resolution stuff + small objects = lots of guessing :D , I couldn't make out what the black thing on the wall to the left was or the object on the box....
 
Hmmmmm...could he be wedged in between the wall and that sliding mirrored closet door, near the top of the image? :D
 
Hope you don't mind Advent, but Idiot8oy said something and I just had to run with it :D . Come check it out, but regardless, is the little guy really wedged up there? :lol:
 
YellowBeard: Nope, I don't mind at all, I'm rooting for the homebrew cams, since there's not many of us!

But, both your guesses are wrong...Though, *hint* YellowBeard was right about the squinting ;)
