winME catalyst and msconfig?

so after installing new catalyst drivers yesterday, today I discover ATISmart in my msconfig startup list! points to windows system/ati2s9ag.exe anyone have any idea what that's all about?

disabled it btw. guess I'll see if it affects anything or not... anyone else got it? I checked with an XP user and said it was not in his startup list.... hmmm.
 
Maybe it's the SmartGart! You may have a sh!tty computer that ATi fixed for you. I suggest you leave it enabled and be happy with it. :D
 
didn't think my rig was all that bad (listed in the sig and rather new actually!). so I am the only one that ATI stuck something in the msconfig?? or has no one else bothered checking? or rage3d pages just too slow loading that you don't wanna take time to post lol

just doesn't even make sense....
