Windows ME Problem

Me along with a couple of my friends have an annoying problem with Starting up ME. Everytime we start-up Windows Explorer opens up on one of our drives. I've looked everywhere, in the startup folder, in configuration for the startup, nothing... I did selective startup with no success in finding the problem... Anyone have the same thing happen, or do you have a solution to an odd, yet annoying problem?
 
I hate problems like that, I had McAffees garbage once and it did the same thing, even after I deleted everything I could find. Well I ended up just formatting and installing everything over again. It was worth it, performance went and that irritating startup program disappeared.

Go to Regedit (start run regedit)
expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
then SOFTWARE
then MICROSOFT
then WINDOWS
the CurrentVersion
and click on RunOnce. You will find some intresting stuff in here. Then click on RunServices. More intresting stuff.
