which agp card would you recommend me to buy?

Hi there,

I am currently using a savage4 32mbagp and I want to upgrade it.
A kyro 64 mb, A radeon 32mb sdr,a geforce vodoo4 4500 or..?
I have:
p2 400
a28mb single ram
440zx intel mobo
win98
office97
I like to play Q3 arena,UT,deus ex,swat 3,fifa 2000,drakan,urban chaos,tomb raider,..

If you have a good monitor, I'd recommend the Radeon 64 MB DDR VIVO.

The best quality graphics, and you can watch TV on your computer.

Plus you have DirectX 8 support for future games.
 
Depends on how long you're planning to keep that CPU and how long you're planning to keep the card. Any of these new cards will be held back by your slow CPU. A card with T&L (i.e., Radeon or GeForce family) will be better than one without for some games, although some games won't benefit from that at all.

Some of the games you mention, such as Tomb Raider and Drakan, should already be fast enough with your Savage4.

IMO, the Radeon is the only card that will really be better than the Savage4 in every way. The others are likely to lose on the DVD front, at least.

The only thing I really won't select from that list is the Voodoo4 4500. Too slow, not enough features. Personally, I have a GeForce SDR, and while I'd love to have a Radeon or Kryo, the GeForce family still makes most sense to me, since I'm using it for non-game 3D stuff.

My real suggestion at this time would be to wait a little more if you can, and see if there's any interesting announcement for Christmas.
