What music file manager do you use?

Just noticed that, using Winamp, my FIIO X3 II does not recognize changes
I make to the file tags...

Can you suggest a music file manager (not iTunes) that can manage tags
on FLAC files with newer players?

I think foobar2000 would do what you need. It is a free audio player similar to Winamp that would help you manage your playlists and let you edit tags for various file types, including FLAC.

If you just want a tag editor, Mp3tag would be a good option, as well.
