Warnings at the top of every page in the forums

At present (2001-02-28) I get the following or similar warnings at the top of every page in the Rage3d forums:

Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory. in /usr/local/plesk/apache/vhosts/rage3d.com/httpdocs/board/global.php on line 106
Warning: fopen("/proc/loadavg","r") - Operation not permitted in /usr/local/plesk/apache/vhosts/rage3d.com/httpdocs/board/global.php on line 106
Warning: Supplied argument is not a valid File-Handle resource in /usr/local/plesk/apache/vhosts/rage3d.com/httpdocs/board/global.php on line 108

I mention this just in case the site admins don't see it for whatever reason. They appear at the very top, above the Ad banner.

Just after submitting my original post the thread displayed correctly but this time I got the following warnings:

thats strange, i do not get such errors i will look into it

As I read your reply the warnings have vanished (2002-03-01). Strange...

This was on my desktop (both before and now), but I remember seeing the warnings on my portable yesterday as well.

I'll let you know it these warnings reappear. Thanks.
