VOIP program for gaming

What VOIP program do you guys use and would recommend? Any VOIP programs that would allow you to change the audio output from the main speakers to a different set of speakers (ex. headset speakers)? GTA 5 does this natively but no other games I currently play have this options so I'm looking for recommendations. Thanks!

Would any of these programs work with bluetooth headsets?

Mumble
Teamspeak
Steam
Ventrilo

In that order.

Also they should all work with bluetooth headsets provided you pair it and set it as your communication device. I know both mumble and teamspeak allow you to specify where sound comes from and where sound goes.

Where did you come from cotton eye'd joe :3

Thanks for the suggestions. You can select voice chat output in Steam? Where is that setting? I can only find mic audio options in settings. Is it located somewhere else? :eisberg:

Not in Steam only the two I specified. Mumble and Teamspeak. I have never used Vent and Steam doesn't have that function.

Also sorry for the late reply I'm kinda on a Diablo 3 kick again.
