I haven't tried out the Radeon's TV out as yet, but I know that this has been a problem with ATI's TV out for a long while. Several people (mainly product reviewers) have mentioned that if you want to edit VHS videos then you will be better off with a MatroxG400 (the model with Video capture) since the ATI cards do not output full screen. I haven't tested the Radeon as yet, but given that thery are using the RAGE theater chip that was used with the AIW 128 Pros I would assume the same problem exists.
