Video In not working

I can't use Video In on the Radeon VIVO OEM. It says "The TV player failed to initialize the video."

I'm using Windows ME. Installed the 3056 driver but same thing.
 
install WebTV if u can
that will copy over the directshow files the ATI player needs to function properly
