About damn time. I grabbed it right away and it's definitely faster than before. Battery life also seems better, I've been trying to kill it since I updated it and I'm still at 19% after a charge of 55% or so. Blue light is a welcome addition finally, I hated using my phone at night or if I want to check something in bed.

I'm not sure what else it offers but so far no issues and only positives.

Yeah, something the iPhone has had for awhile.

iOS basically implemented the features of an app you could use on jailbroken devices.

I thought you could do night mode on Android for a while now with f.Lux, Twilight and several other apps.

That's basically what iOS implemented natively.

You could download apps, I just hate having 45 apps to do something that should be a feature. I'd rather make due without it, I'm weird.

Night mode was something I never thought about until I got an iPhone, and in all honesty I love how easy it is on iOS. It automatically enables itself when the sun goes down, and disables once the sun comes up. I enabled it when I got the phone and haven't had to touch it ever since. Really convenient and it does make a difference for some of us who take a bit to fall asleep and end up scrolling endlessly in bed :bleh:

Nice that it was has native implementation in Android now! It's definitely useful. I agree with ice, I hate having to download apps to do stuff like that, most of the time I just don't use the feature in that case, which is exactly what happened.

Lucky...

The USA Verizon HTC 10 customers who were supposed to get Noug in Dec 16, are still waiting... UK Verizon, and Aussy Vers already have them.

WHY????

WHO THE HELL KNOWS.......

I like the "do not disturb" function on my AT&T S7 with Andr-7. Not sure if that's the same as night mode but you can set it to only allow phone calls and not be annoyed by chat and emails for certain time periods while sleeping.

That was on Android 6 as well, I've been using it since I got my phone.

It's about time they finally got Nougat out for these devices. It's amazing how long that takes. Especially when you consider the fact that we're 60 days away from 2017 Google IO and what is likely to be the introduction of the NEXT Android OS.
