Also... although it says in the menu's it only has FSR 2... the "amd_fidelityfx_dx12.dll" is exposed like FSR3.1 in the \The First Berserker Khazan Demo\BBQ\Binaries\Win64 directory and swapping that DLL with a newer FSR 3.1.x DLL from the FidelityFX SDK... seems to work.

(or at least not crash the game. Its late and I haven't had time to test further)
