Anyone else getting some wild frame rate fluctuations when moving quickly on something like ahorse, through forests and stuff? More than a few times, I've stopped moving and gone "wtf, do I need to adjust settin..." and then it levels out pretty quickly and I'm left with a raised eye brow and a slightly tilt to my head... like a baby momentarily memorized by kaleidoscope. I suppose I could just live with it though, hasn't gotten me into any trouble game-play wise. Just throwing me for a loop.

I've noticed a bit, but I suspect this is the "compiling shaders" part of UE5 that's been spread out in the open world as you explore.

Something is wrong with the spawning of oblivion gates, I have one even though I have not progressed far enough into the main quest.

I only played through the sewers but it seems decent. I think I need a visual mod though to make it more colorful and green.

I'm having as much fun with this remaster as I had playing it for the first time, I had seriously forgotten how many things oblivion did better than skyrim.

I just wish that the performance was better, it seriously feels like the real fps is at least 20 frames below what the ingame counters says.

Thanks UE5!

It looks gorgeous though, I hope they can fix all the frame pacing/stutter issues, or at least alleviate it somewhat.

I hope TES 6 reverts back to systems with more friction than their more streamlined modern games, the sales of games like BG 3 shows that people are ready for that again.

From my understanding allot of the stutter and issues related are actually due to the good ol gamebryo engine that's running the actual game under it all and how it loads stuff.

Authentic experience.

My 1950XT choked to death in the sigil towers.
