Im sure its all completely simulated. With all the real manual equipment involved (shifter, clutch, rev drops, etc) hopefully all the engagement feel is programmed in properly.
I kind of wonder if this also gives you the option of just "turning off" the manual transmission mode if you dont feel like using it.......
