Save RAM content to file ?

Hi!
Im not very good at computers and I have a question.

I have been writing down a realy long and nice reply on an
internet forum, meanwhile my connection has gone down..
When klicking "submit" the error "page not found" shows and then
I can't go back to my text in the browser...

What I wrote must still be in the RAM I belive, so is there
any way to dump everything into a file or to view the current
information in the RAM ??

It would be so great if I could get my text back ..

Tsk tsk, once burnt, Lesson learnt. I write all large replys in a temp text file on my desktop with frequent ctrl-s. Sometimes I'll use MS word if any words exceed 7 chars...

... in fact this is attempt 2, at posting, I just got a "page not found error" after clicking submit... try again...
