Since the first time I received it, I have not been able to get my remote wonder II to work. 
I keep getting the following Remote Wonder II message when Windows starts up:
"Unable to load language resources. Please re-install software"
I can see that when I push any buttons on the remote that the red light on the USB antenna/station is flashing, so I know that it is communicating and I know that the antenna/station is plugged in to the USB port. I just can't seem to figure out what is wrong. I have also tried reinstalling and repairing the RWII drivers and nothing seems to be working.
Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas that might help me?

ATI AIW 9600
WinXP Pro
Catalyst 6.9
