Remote wonder 2 doesn't work

It has a 3 inch range.
It doesn't work.
For some reason, putting a hub on it reduces range...and plugging the hub into the wall so it's self powered makes it WORSE!


Remote wonder 1 still works fine. I have two of them. I RMAed my first RW2 to ATI thinking it was defective but I guess it wasn't. They just don't work.

"I found that there were places even 5 feet away from the receiver that the remote wouldn’t work in. I found this very disappointing since the RWI worked fine until I got more than 20 ft away from the unit"
