HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I take that as a no. anyways i will email ATI again because this is getting frustrating. neotic, I have a temporary solution which I am using. I am taking my home videos and recording them in win2K, which seems to work fine, except playback is very jerky. The recording in MPEG2, AVI and DivX are not affected. I know this is not a good solution, but its the only one i can think of. Unless the Radeon Think Tank can come up with something I am stumped regarding the green screen issue.
Here are my thoughts:
1. Hardware is OK (Radeon 64MB VIVO) because video capture in win2K works.
2. It is not a macrovision or setting issue because i have tried all the settings and several custom settings with various inputs, camcorder, vhs, dvd (macro off).
3. It's possible that the video in record feature is not set up to capture the overlay properly, maybe because the refresh rate is too low at at the capture resolution (640x480)<- just a guess.
4. It is not a universial problem since only neotic and I can't capture video.
5. this sucks
