RAID-0 to AHCI in BIOS

Motherboard: EP45-UD3P with latest beta bios
BIOS: set to RAID
HD: two SanDisk 120GB SSDs running RAID-0
OS: Windows 10

I get BSOD after installing IRST, and I heard IRST only works with AHCI.

So the question is, if I switch from RAID to AHCI in bios, will it destroy my array? If I simply switch it back to RAID after trying AHCI, will my pc still boot?

Thanks in advance.

Switching from RAID to AHCI will cause the system to see independent disks. Only do that if you intend to run a software RAID array through the OS.
