Rage PRO 8 MB All-in-Wonder Audio issue

Hello,

I just bought a PCI Rage Pro AIW off ebay. It works fine, the TV actually looks pretty good for a 7-year old video card, but I noticed there is no audio
jack for a "line in" my sound card to get the TV to have sound, like in the newer AIW's. Perhaps there is a VIVO dongle I have to use to get the audio
signal? I use the cable coaxial input for the TV..I know it carries the audio signal as well, but I don't know how to get it (or route it?) to my onboard sound (Abit NF8). Any help would be appreciated.:nuts:
 
Check your software sound mixer and make sure that LINEIN for both the playback and recording mixers is enabled and amplified.
 
Good idea...the "line in" sound was actually turned off, but that isnt the problem. I need an AIW adapter to get the audio from the tuner into the sound card. I'll have to break out the penny jar and fork over 20 more bucks to get one. Argh....
