Radeon under Win2000 Pro - DVD Problem

First off, system spec's: Gateway Performance 850 - Intel 440BX mobo, SB Live Value, Promise ATA66 Controller, 30GB Quantum HD, 384mb RAM.

Drivers and DVD/Multimedia player install fine. However, upon trying to play a DVD for the first time, receive a STOP ERROR indicating paging file in an unpaged area. Appears that the DVD Player software may be buggy.
