I have a radedon 7000 ( i know its cheap. But my Frames per second in CS, really fluctuates sometimes i get 80 and 3 seconds later it will be at 20, i have ati_nopatch 0 and ati_subdiv 0, so i get about 80 fps at max anyone else know any other commands i can use to lower and keep a constant FPS.
