Anybody able to use the new drivers for the Radeon under XP and play tribes 2 at the same time..... boy this game is the largest pile of thrown together programming i have ever seen.

I get wacked out problems everywhere like crazy gamma problems and all sorts of fun things blocking my view.... and D3D mode doesn't work worth a damn on any video card with this game.
 
While the game isn't the greatest feat of programming ever, it isn't all the games fault. It runs flawlessly on my old GF2-MX, and barely runs on my 8500(it runs, but you have to know how to avoid making it crash, like using menus...)

And the Kyro2 flies in D3D, and plays like crap in OpenGL. It has been said that the major downfall behind T2 was getting it to work in both instead of one or the other like 95% of other games.
