R9 390 w/DP->HDMI 2.0 60Hz Adapter for 4K

I've been playing Assassin's Creed: Rogue with another adapter that supports only 30Hz at 4K. I finally got the Accell Active adapter that does support 60Hz at 4K and had no trouble getting the setting to work.

But, the result is quite annoying! When panning the view in the game, the screen somewhat blurs and darkens and, when the panning stops, the screen brightens and becomes very crisp and clear again. This wasn't happening at 30 Hz at all...or, at the very least, it wasn't anywhere near as noticeable as it is at 60 Hz.

I made a video using a HD camera. The video isn't going to be quite as crisp as the image actually is on the screen, but, it does show the effect I'm describing.

i do not believe the accell adapter is not fully compliant. Some people seem to get it to work, others cant.

to the best of my knowledge, the Club3d adapter is the only fully compliant HDMI 2.0 adapter on the market.

I can vouch for the Club3D adapter bought one a couple weeks ago and it works fine with our Samsung JU7500. I just plugged it into the HDMI 3 connector of the One Connect Mini box.
Drivers configured it for 4k @ 30Hz @ 4:4:4 just had to set it to 60Hz and it stayed in 10 bit color.
Well until I gamed afterwards I checked the control panel and it was set to 8 bit color and the drop down box was grayed out no way to re-select 10 bit.
