Ive been happily using cat 8.4 on my htpc (which uses onboard hd3200 video via its 780g chipset). After updating to 8.6, PowerDVD complains that my display is no longer hdcp compliant. Downgrading back to cat 8.4 fixed the problem.
You should check your PowerDVD version if you want the latest hardware and updated driver to work.
Only PowerDVD 8 + PowerDVD 8 latest updated patch meets the minimum requirement for your updated hardware and driver.
