Problem with a PDF file

I tried moving a PDF file from my computer to both my phone and tablet, but while the file appears fine when i view the devices from within my computer, it doesn't show on either of them when i try to access it.

Its 500mb pdf file. Does size have anything to do with this?

I'm going with memory limitation of the mobile software. That'd be my guess.
 
Have you tried "printing" it with cutepdf? it might reduce the size and make it readable

This or if you have a Pro version of Acrobat, saving it as an optimized PDF. Alternatively, you could try printing as an *.xps. I'm sure there's mobile software for that. Not sure if it would work any better, but a 500mb PDF is ginormous.
 
wtf? 500 mb pdf??? if i tried to open something like that at work the pc would simply burn to ashes...... not that i could even get something into our net that size.
