That's great news. 2 questions:
1) is this product available for purchase outside China?
2) is this a full-blown RX 480 as the screenshot indicates and is there any further proof to back this up?
 
This is a full blown 480, it is an XFX 480 RS.
As to where to get one, well I which there was a revision known to absolutely be like this...

Actually more and more of these buyers are experiencing the same luck, so it seems
that the process at GF is ramping up.

A Dutch site did a 480 vs 1060 shootout and the 480's in that review
are showing less and less power consumption vs August...

Those are all partner boards.

XFX support comments on reviews on newegg admit its a silicon lottery. Getting a GTR is no guarantee you will get the results Jayz did.


I think waiting till spring will flush out the initial batch of chips and the newer ones will have better chances of being lower power/highly oceable.

Plus I wanna see what Vega has to offer at what price point. Im amazed how well the old Radeon 6950 has done under the 8350 cpu. Literally anywhere from 50-100% better fps than the phenom 2 965. I waited too long to upgrade.

Well, I am waiting too. I'd like something with just slightly more punch than Polaris. I mean, really.. All I am doing with my GPU right now is F@H. If Vega does it better than 2x RX480s can for a better price.. I'll bite. :-)
