Apparently the McLaren unlock animation is included in the non-McLaren firmwares, and it can be unlocked without root.

Shockingly, it makes unlocking MUCH faster than the default animation.

So far, no one has complained

They complained about my other BMW within weeks of it getting in my driveway, so I put it in the back yard

This one runs, it's just ugly, so per the HOA it's okay to have in the driveway. Most of my neighbors are really interested in the stuff I'm doing with it
