Need to re-program Media Library button

I didn't install ATI's Media Library, so that button has no function on my remote wonder.

I'd like to re-program it though to call up a webpage that has TV schedules but I don't seem to be able to do that.

Can someone who knows the registry well, tell me what I need to change so that when I press that "open book" icon, it loads a web page.

(oh, btw, mine is setup to use "one set for all")
 
not sure, but I remember that is button is not programmable ....
ATI reserved some buttons for specific purpose
