need help with ati video card, av out

hey guys i got ati 3d rage pro agp 2x and it has av out ..so i bought a av out cable from ebay dat has composite out(yellow one) and s-video out ....so i m using composite out but the problem is dat my desktop on tv is black and white .....i did everthing to fix it but didnt work...so do i need to buy a new cable or s-video out cable or wat... or can ne one tell me hot to fix dat problem.
and still its black and white .....but my monitor is still in color...i dont get it.....
i m using sony vaio with widows xp .....pls help guys....good bless yall

What drivers are you using? Are you using the latest Sony drivers? Have you tried those at my site?
 
i m using the one from ati.com and i think its latest but how can i use the drivers from ur site ...pls reply

and wat about sony drivers .....i mean i m using windows xp drivers,,,,sony?
 
and i have one more ?......i bought nba live 2004 and i thought it whould work on ati 3d rage pro but it doesnt .i dont get it ........i m using 32mb and i still cant get dat game to work .....can u hlep me man
 
NBA 2004 will not work acceptably (if at all) on your 8 year old videocard.
You Rage Pro is at most 8MB, no way close to the recommended 32MB.
Its very simple... download and install the driver from my site. Instructions are available there too.
Goto www.sony.com and see if they have updated drivers for your card as well.

I have the same problem. I only have black and white signal coming out of the composite output and no signal coming out of the s-video output.
