Need help remembering a game

I remember you start out in a cell, and escape with the help of another inmate. I think he may have been an enemy. Voice was Russian accent. I was thinking one of the Metro games, but I'm not sure. I'd like to go back to it.

Metro Last Light has a bit where you are captured and are helped by Pavel, it's about 30minutes into the game IIRC.

Was gonna say the same thing. I think there are some older games that have scenes like that too, but more likely its last light.
