need help identifying hardware

I have a card that seems to be an early AIW type of card. the chipset on it says 3d rage pro agp 2x. it has a TV tuner and a couple of ports for connecting a video and audio dongle. it has another chip just next to a jumper that says "AIWPR PCI 41501 101"

How can I identify what "model" of ATI card this is?

Well, one thing for sure is that is a VERY old card, likely circa 1997. I did a google on it and came up w/ a few hits, including:

ATi no longer has the 3D Rage Pro listed on their site, at least from what I can see. Not sure what your plan for it is, but this card might not be worth your time.
 
Go to http://www.ati.com and select "Customer Card"
Look in the driver section for this section.
