Multiple Monitor Question

Here's my problem:
Win98se with:
I have an ATI All-in-Wonder 128 AGP card with 16 meg-
I am using the latest drivers from ATI (..6269..)-
I install the card and drivers as required-
I reboot and install the 6.2 Multi-media software and reboot-
I adjust my TV settings ect... and reboot-
Everything works fine!!-
NOW I shut down and install a common 4 meg PCI video card and reboot-
Windows finds and installs the correct video drivers and a plug and play monitor-
I reboot and adjust my multi monitor setup and the video cards and monitors work-
BUT when I try the TV I get the error 'AMC peripheral not found. AMC peripheral or cabling may be improperly installed"-
I have downloaded the 631cd25 drivers and the 631cdh41 drivers and installed and uninstalled every combination I can think of-
I have Directx7a on my system now but had tried everything before with Directx7.
I had installed a VIA patch (APG400.zip) it didn't help and I uninstalled it. I have installed the VIA 4-in-1 patch.



I have the latest bios from Tyan (Tyan 1854 motherboard bios 1.06 VIA chipset) and have AGP set in bi
os to be primary display.-
P3-600eb CPU
256 meg 'Micron' 133Mhz ram
Primary monitor is a Viewsonic 19" PF790 with the latest drivers
Secondary monitor is a Sampo Alphascan 411 plug and play
My second video card is a Jaton (cirrus logic 5446) and has the latest drivers
I have a Diamond Supramax #2260 modem PCI with the latest drivers
I have a Sound Blaster PCI 128 sound card with the latest drivers
I have a USR PCI 2774 win modem with the latest drivers
I have a Kingston 10/100 KNE 100tx network card.
ATI card is using IRQ 11 (along with Netcard,sound and IRQ sharing.
If I uninstall the second video card everything with the ATI works!

I have about 30 hours in this so far. I hope someone out there can PLEASE help me.
