MPEG2 to VCD

Hi,

I have bought a Radeon 64MB OEM with VIVO and I can recorded a video in MPEG-2 format. How can I use Radeon to record a video into VCD format so that I can play it with an ordinary VCD player?

for vcd compliance it must be an mpeg-1 file
1150kpbs for video and 224kbps stereo for audio

TheBeagle, do you mean I need to record the video in MPEG-1 format and then use another software to convert to VCD? However, in the video-in software provided by ATI, I cannot find the option to record in MPEG-1 format. Please help me.
