Alright. Who here wants it, has read the 400 previews, and can't keep the drool off their keyboard?
At http://www.elderscrolls.com/main.htm you can find links to all the info you need, and links to the countless previews.
In the wargamer preview the guy used a Ti500 and the shots look pretty darn good. He said he scaled back to achieve the best balance between IQ and playability, but imagine what the new Ti will have to say about that!!! Take a peek. Here are some shots from the site:
Ti500 shots (I am sure he's using AA and I don't know the res, also I don't think he's using aniso at all, from the looks of the encroaching evening scene)
Here is a decent water shot: http://www.wargamer.com/reviews/morrowind_preview/morrowind11.jpg
Here is a bandit's cave that needs your infiltration: http://www.wargamer.com/reviews/morrowind_preview/morrowind9.jpg
Here is the very cool closing in of the evening (the weather system has me drooling all over the place): http://www.wargamer.com/reviews/morrowind_preview/morrowind12.jpg
Here are a bunch of decent 8500 shots, one of them confirming that the 8500 does the PS water VERY NICELY! These are taken at 1024x768, and I don't think AA is implemented, but aniso sure is (probably level 4/32-tap, from the look of it, but you guys will want to jack that up to level 16/128-tap for sure, assuming that you have a decent CPU):

Here is the official trailer (VERY cool water effects and shadowing effects in this one...drooldrooldrool...): http://www.3dgamers.com/dl/games/es3morrowind/morrowind_trailer_big.zip.html
Here is a link to a preview that is fairly well rounded, covering the features of the construction tools and a bit of gameplay tidbits (remember this is a beta they are previewing, and every site says it is VERY stable, also, this preview was done using a very weak machine, with no pixel shader support, and no aniso, so the screenies aren't super top notch. Excellent preview none the less): http://www.gamebanshee.com/previews/morrowindpreview1.php
<edit>Here is another preview, a bit more in depth about gameplay: http://www.maximum3d.com/reviews/morrowindpre1.htm
I have yet to find a preview (there are in excess of 30, that I know of) that contradicts another in any way, other than the quality of some of the previewers screen shots.
Bottom line: If you have the hardware, this game will look astonishing on your PC, if not, the gameplay here warrants an upgrade, period.
I personally plan to use level 8 (64-tap) aniso and at least 2x AA (no one previewing seems to have the hardware to do it, but the Ti4600 should be able to swallow this game alive in terms of IQ and performance, with the 8500 lapping closely at it's heels).
Morrowind ships to EB games and Gamestop on the 29th of this month (April).
