MOHAA Problem

I've got a geforce 2 mx/400 900mhz amd proc. and whenever i try to play Medal Of Honor: Allied Assualt, it loads up, then goes grey, and stays that way until i have to press the reset button. I've got the latest drivers, can anyone help me?

Which of the "recent drivers" do you have? What tweaks have you done? (And which tweaker) Do you overclock? (If so how much.)

Oh, and what operating system are you running, (Please don't answer "windows" :) ), and how much RAM do you have? Heck, list everything you can about your system and I'll try and help.

I have a GF2 MX400 on a CUSL2-C, PIII800@904, 520MB and it doesn't have any trouble with MoH:AA in 98se. (I haven't tried it in XP yet) My GF2 is an Abit Siluro T400 clocked at 240/220 running the 27.70 dets using Rivatuner. (I LOVES the low-level clocking it does!)
 
I have the 2.3.1.2 driver, i use the newest nvmax, no i dont overclock.

I use WinXP Professional, have 384 ram.
